Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Any cloud-stored tasks, projects, notes, and tags (if you use Cloud Sync)
  • Your app settings and preferences stored on our servers
  • Your early access waitlist entries
  • Any analytics data we hold that is linked to your user ID

Note: If you delete via the app, local data on that device is also cleared on sign-out. Data on other devices you've used the app on remains until you sign in and sign out there too.

How to delete your account

Delete in the app

The quickest way is directly from the app:

  1. Open the Do. app
  2. Go to Profile → Account
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

Your account will be deleted immediately.
